Commercial Bridging Loans
We can arrange Bridging Loans to purchase commercial properties or raise finance on properties already owned. Loan to Values (LTV) are dependent on location, type of property and what the exit strategy will be. Generally LTV’s can be up to 70% with rates starting at 0.75% per month.
